Need for Speed ProStreet Game 2008 Overview:
This NFS lets you race at the highest level of road racing. It’s now possible to control all of your bounded areas!
The drag race is straight-away. It has two types: 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile. The fastest time from all three runs wins. A wheelie competition is held where the fastest wheelie on 1/4 mile track wins.
There are four modes for Grip races: Normal Grip, Grip class (all versions, except the PlayStation 2 or Wii versions), Sector Shootout, and Time Attack. Regular Grip races consist of 2 to 4 laps on a circuit track with 7 other racers. The winner is the first driver to cross that finish line. Grip Class races have 8 racers and are divided into two even groups.
Racers are divided into groups according to their vehicle performance potential. The group A race starts 10 seconds earlier than group B. Both groups race on the same course, but only against the three drivers in their respective groups.
