Rockstar Gaming seems to have had enough of people pleading for Grand Theft Auto VI, that it decided not to allow any mentions of the next game in its YouTube channel.

It’s not hard to see the point. The company has been supporting Grand Theft Auto Online and working on next-gen Grand Theft Auto since a while. Players love to hate-bomb their content and request a new trailer or update.

Grand Theft Auto VI has been a hot topic, despite the fact that fans are clamouring for it.

Users who mention “GTA 6”, in a comment, will not be seen anywhere else by using this filter. This was discovered by Twitter user Not_StrangeMan who commented on Rockstar Games’ video and saw that “GTA 6” didn’t appear in their comments. Have a look at this:

It’s not an exhaustive ban on Grand Theft Auto VI mentions. You can use the Roman numerals to bypass the filter. The phrase is not being used elsewhere on social media, such as Rockstar Games’ official Twitter or Facebook channels. Although I don’t know what the company is trying to accomplish here, I think it’s likely that the fans will continue to call for content about Grand Theft Auto games in the future.

An earlier report on Grand Theft Auto VI suggests that it will be set in Vice City. Tom Henderson, a Call of Duty leakeder and Battlefield prodigy, said that the game would take players to a modern version of the famous location. The map would also be changing constantly to match Grand Theft Auto Online. The speculation erupted when a Rockstar Games employee posted this picture during a holiday.
