Diablo 2 Resurrected Server Status – Here’s Why it’s Offline

Diablo 2 is now available. This allows players to descend into Hell and defeat the root cause of all evil. Before we could deal with the bad guys, there were issues such as characters disappearing, progress being rolled over, or getting disconnected. Blizzard had to take the game offline for emergency maintenance because the game’s server status was not stable at launch.

Launch issues are common these days. It is worth keeping an eye on the Diablo 2 Resurrected server status, even after the developer has worked out the kinks. There are always new ones and, if none, online games undergo periodic maintenance that takes their servers offline.

Players are currently unable to log in to their games and are receiving messages saying that characters are already available on the server. Although Diablo II: Resurrected was not taken offline for maintenance, the developer is aware and working to fix these problems.

“We continue to identify and solve issues with characters that are locked out of play. We appreciate your patience,”, reads a Tweet sent by the Blizzard North America customer service Twitter account.

We have more information on Diablo II’s server status and any issues that may plague the ARPG.
